SOLEBALANCE is a new typology of footwear from both a functional and aesthetic standpoint. The objective is to improve/maintain customer wellbeing. The footwear uses different Bayer® materials for their comfort, density, flexibility and durability characteristics. The idea is that by separating the sole from the upper section of the 'shoe' makes it possible to use it solely as an insole with an existing shoe or an insole with a combination of a selection of zipped-on upper sections. Influenced by the discipline of reflexology, the insole comes in a standard form that stimulates evenly the various parts of the body, or more a specific form that can promote the effectiveness/function of certain organs of the body, e.g. brain for concentrating in an office or while playing table tennis.
